Satisfied Customers

Town & Country Painting has been in business for nearly two decades and we've painted hundreds of homes throughout the greater Kansas City area. Most of our work we earn through referrals … A satisfied customer who tells a friend, a relative, a neighbor or a business associate. Enough of our own story though, here are just a few examples of the good things people have to say about their business experience with Town & Country Painting:

I hired Hart Buck, owner of Town & Country Painting, in 1995 after admiring the high quality work that he did for my neighbors. Back then, I was single and had to travel for work. On the first day of my paint job, I had to leave town unexpectedly for an emergency business trip. I was nervous about leaving, but I gave Hart my keys and asked him to make sure everything was done right - and it was!

Through the years, Hart has continued to show integrity and professionalism - to me and my husband, and to our neighbors who also hired Town & Country Painting. He delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. His crews are polite and reliable. They show up when they say they will, call if they can't work because of bad weather and are always pleasant. Hart's word is his bond.

My husband and I recently bought a new home that required lots of help from Hart and his crews. As always, their work was top-notch - even our new neighbors commented about how thorough the prep work was and how much better our house looks. We highly recommend Hart and his team!

Hart Buck, the men who work for him, and Town and Country Painting are a great team of people to do business with. Over the past ten years, they have finished the lower level of my home into a great finished basement, painted the outside of my house twice, painted my entryway twice, painted several different ceilings, replaced numerous windows, replaced all the wood rot on the outside of the house and replaced my garage doors. I know it sounds like my home is falling apart but it really isn't since Hart has fixed so much of it.

Town and Country is reliable, reasonable and completely trustworthy. I first learned of the company from a neighbor who was having her house painted and have turned to Hart for many things over the years. Hart gives you a detailed written estimate before any work begins and if he runs into anything unexpected, he is quick to let you know about it and how it will affect his bid. They come when they say they will, work hard from early morning until evening and leave everything clean and in good shape at the end of every day. I appreciate the fact that several young men have been working for Hart all these years and you see the same faces coming back to work on your home. (It's been neat to see them grow up!) I think it says something important about the man and the company to retain employees in a business where there is a lot of turnover.

When Hart was doing the remodel job on my basement, obviously I couldn't stay here the entire day everyday but I didn't have any concerns leaving the men working alone in the house. I knew I could trust them and they even made sure they locked up if they left before I was home. The basement turned out wonderful with construction the same quality or better than the rest of the house.

I have given the number for Town and Country out to many friends and neighbors over the years when asked who did the work at my home. I am happy to now give my wholehearted recommendation for the website.
